Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClaudeCheap API proxy service ("Service") operated at cipherdatalabs.net. By creating an account or making API requests, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Service Description

ClaudeCheap provides a proxy endpoint for large-language-model inference. Requests are forwarded to upstream model providers on your behalf. We do not train, fine-tune, or alter the models. The Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees beyond commercially reasonable efforts.

2. Accounts and API Keys

• You must register with a valid email address.
• API keys are confidential credentials. You are responsible for all usage under your keys.
• Notify us immediately at cipherpodliq@proton.me if you suspect unauthorized use. cipherpodliq@proton.me

3. Prepaid Billing

• The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. You top up a balance and usage is deducted at the published rate-card price.
• When your balance reaches zero, requests are rejected until you top up.
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 14 days advance notice posted to the dashboard and sent to your registered email.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, harassment, discrimination, or exploitation of minors.
• Use the Service to develop or distribute malware, phishing, spam, or tools for unauthorized surveillance.
• Attempt to extract model weights, reverse-engineer the underlying models, or circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute API access to third parties without prior written authorization from us.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates the upstream model provider's usage policies, including Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use policy above.
• Your usage patterns indicate abuse, fraud, or unauthorized resale.
• Required by law, regulation, or upstream provider policy.

Upon suspension, all API keys are disabled and pending requests are rejected. Any remaining credit balance is forfeited unless the suspension is reversed upon appeal. You may appeal by contacting cipherpodliq@proton.me within 30 days. cipherpodliq@proton.me

6. Data and Privacy

• We do not log, store, or use your prompt or completion content for any purpose other than real-time inference forwarding.
• We log request metadata (timestamps, model, token counts, latency) for billing and operational purposes.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service (forwarding to the model provider) or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClaudeCheap and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
